| With Discretion |

A secret can be defined as an action that takes place without the other’s knowledge or that only few have knowledge of. We could say that secrets are part of our human nature. For this site-specific sound piece I recorded workers from the Ponce Museum in Puerto Rico narrating institutional secrets, jokes and gossip. These recordings were then looped and played over through small white boxes in the museum. Thus the institutional secrets lost their intimate quality and became part of the collective memory.
